What’s Covered

There are two types of coverage available for vendors:

General Liability

Protects your business against third-party bodily injury or property damage while at the event.

      Non-Food Vendors
         •  $2 million limit – $125 premium + $25 Policy Fee = $150 + 8% TAX = $162 Total
         •  $5 million limit – $220 premium + $25 Policy Fee = $245 + 8% TAX = $264.60 Total

      Food Vendors
         •  $2 million limit – $250 premium + $25 Policy Fee = $275 + 8% TAX = $297 Total
         •  $5 million limit – $325 premium + $25 Policy Fee = $350 + 8% TAX = $378 Total

Property Coverage

Optional additional coverage for your booth property and equipment while at the event (not in transit).

         •  $10,000 limit – $100 premium
         •  $15,000 limit – $150 premium 
         •  $1,000 deductible applies

If you add Property Coverage to your Vendor Liability Coverage, combine both total premiums to calculate your total cost.

Example: $2 million Non-Food Vendor Liability ($150) + $10,000 Property Coverage ($125) + $25 Policy Fee = $300 + 8% Tax = $324 total

Please note: A $25 policy fee applies to all policies.
